Driving School Surety Bond

Driving schools have a host of regulations from federal, state and local agencies, all of which affect their ability to qualify for a license. Part of these regulations is the requirement for any registered driving school to qualify for and hold a license surety bond particular to that region’s set of laws. These surety bonds are part of the regulations that ensure the company will adhere to all rules, laws and statutes as part of their daily practices. The owner of the driving school is responsible for maintaining records and filing the Driving School Surety Bond with the local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). When a driving school turns over the responsibility of the day to day business to a driving instructor, the surety bond will need to be filed with the state’s DMV under the name of the responsible instructor instead of the owner of the business. Whether you are teaching a specialty class for all terrain vehicles or a DMV class for first time license holders, you will need a Driving School Bond as part of your license requirements regardless of your state of operation. Because the regulations change from state to state, a licensed responsible driving instructor that is charged with keeping all bonding current for the driving school may find it difficult to keep track of the various legal requirements. They may find this is especially true when the school has expanded to include other cities and states. This is why you will want to talk to our knowledgeable customer service staff first to find out any new requirements or changes to the law before getting bonded. We will work with you to ensure that you are able to meet all the requirements for your particular region and state for your Driving School Bond.  BuySurety

Detective Agency Surety Bond

Despite everything we read in our favorite mystery books, a detective has to do more than just “hang up his shingle” to go into business. When a person or business decides to become a private investigator or detective, they must first be licensed and part of that licensing is a Detective Agency Surety Bond or Private Investigator Surety Bond. This surety bond is a required part of the licensing process by just about every state, although the requirements may change from region to region. When a detective agency is bonded they are ensuring that their clients know they are a responsible business. The Detective Agency Surety Bond protects their clients from the consequences of any illegal or immoral acts that the agency may do on their behalf. BuySurety.com
